As a First Bank customer, you may choose to receive your account statements electronically through encrypted and password protected e-mail instead of receiving a paper statement each month. You are not obligated to receive your statement electronically. There is no fee to receive your statement electronically. Your account statement will be presented as a PDF (Portable Document Format) file. A password is required to open it. You will be able to print the statement or save the file to your computer's hard drive or other disk to retain a copy of the statement. If you later wish to receive paper statements in lieu of electronic statements, you must notify us.

• An email address
• Internet Explorer for Windows (version 5.5 or higher) or Netscape Navigator (version 6.1 or higher) with 128-bit encryption
• A PDF Viewer such as Adobe Acrobat
4.0 that supports PDF version 1.1 or later
