Our Fraud Prevention Services are screening for fraud 24 hours a day – 365 days a year. Whenever a suspicious transaction is made, the ATM/Debit card holder will be contacted by a member of our Fraud Prevention Services team.
Should a suspicious transaction be detected on your ATM/Debit card, Fraud Prevention Services will call you between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm on weekdays and weekends to confirm if the transaction is one you really made, or if it is fraud.
